The real estate market in pune is out of bad patch now and genuine byers are now out in the market for buying their dream homes.
The buyers are opting for ready posession flats or flats near completion to avoid the risk of fluctuation in rates. The rates in all the areas are revised and are constant for some time now. If you are willing to take a new home to actually move in then this is the exact time you should go in the market as the builders are ready for negotiations and anoncing lot of offers. You can get a good deal. If you are looking for investment then you should wait for some more time.
